Shifting in IFRAME
Post by Bfolger on Mar 4, 2007 12:11:21 PM CST

I'm assessing this product for use in our corporate site. I'm having an issue when using the IFRAME code option... I'm able to get everything to line up perfectly where I need it when the poll is in "question" mode. But when I submit my answer, the results all SHIFT up and to the left by 4-5 pixels. Why wouldn't the results be returned with the same location and padding attributes as the question???

Can you post the web page link where you are testing the poll? We can take a look.

Sure:

It actually looks like 1-2 pixels.

Hi - were you able to review the poll shifting per the link I sent? Just curious if there's any way I can get it to not shift... Thanks!

So I guess the answer is no?

The shifting you see is mostly because, in the results, there is more text/images. Your poll answers have very little wording (like 65, 55 etc.), and then in the results you see the images and more text, so it shifts to the left.

The shift upwards seems like a shift, but the answers rows are at the same place, the button is gone in results, so looks like an empty space. Try with the javascript version, and see if it works better.
