Site not listed in Dmoz

I got a website (http://www.cure-t-pakherbs.org) it is on topic of herbal treatments. I tried two times to add my site in dmoz, but i couldn't. Is there any suggestion, how to add this site on dmoz.org?

repeated submission in dmoz may lead to penality. approval usually takes days-weeks-months together because of huge requests it receives everyday. wait for a couple of months and then give a try
