Incoming not working

I am trying to setup an exchange server for the first time and running into trouble. right now the outgoing email works but the incoming is not working. I have done all the research online and still unable to fix the problem. Anyone want to help over the phone or remotely log in to fix the problem? Please call me at 630-677-0811. Adam.
