New website development information needed

Hello group,
I am a new member of this forum. I have been looking for some information / guidance. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
I have a new online business that teaches musicisnas how to do home recording and also teaches people how to play guitar. My site is basic and something I developed myself using a pre-made website template that I purchased on line.
I have a some videos I posted for members to download etc.... here is my question
I want to be able to develop a site that not only allows me to have a few hundered hours of videos for members to download and view but also a site were I can host live web casts where people can log on and view a live tele-cast as well as write in questions so I can answer them during the live show.
I have no clue on how much bandwidth I would need so 50 people could watch our tele-cast and so the site runs smooth etc...
I also need a professional to design the site so it works and looks professional.
How do I go about finding the right people to set this site up for me and ensure I get this off on the right foot.
