new webServer and old DNS referral

hi, how u doin guys
take the scenario:
we have a domain that have DNS server
we install a new 2k3 server and IIS on it and publish a website
i want the DNS to make the clients in the domain enter the site without the full name by pointing to the new webserver and the clients just type http://sitename
......
